In the overview below you will find our (fixed) rates which we use for the most common services. In some cases, these rates vary.
For homes above the 400 m³/120 m² or more than € 1 million of which the asking price,
you will receive a quotation. For a visit outside the city of Amsterdam is in
certain cases a surcharge of € 50,-. Printed reporting per post € 12.50,-
Would you have only one component research and not the entire House. Of this will (in consultation with client) a specific report, supplemented with photos. The other components will be disregarded.

Cost Township
A concept application costs € 250,- (rate 2016). Ask afterwards in an environmental permit to 26 weeks? The cost for the concept request deducted from the amount you have to pay for the environmental permit. You pay less for your €250,- always-area permit.
